As a campaign, we never expected to be in the midst of a historic pandemic. Nevertheless, we've shifted our priorities. All in-person campaign activities have been suspended.

The Washoe County School District is providing critical updates regarding our schools and COVID-19, here.

DISTANCE LEARNING

Governor Sisolak has ordered all schools to remain closed until April 30th. The school district has implemented distance learning. More information is provided below, here.

PAPER PACKETS

Due to school closures, the district has implemented distance learning. Paper packets will be provided to students who do not have internet access. More information is provided below, here.

FACE MASKS

Amid this crisis exists a mask shortage for our most vulnerable - our senior citizens. Consider donating to this incredible local organization that sews masks, here.

SENIOR MEALS

With both federal and local authorities advising against crowds of more than 10 people, meals for seniors are now being delivered. Join the Reno COVID Volunteers group, here.

 

SAFE VOICE

These are dark times, especially for students. If you are, or have, a student who is struggling, SafeVoice is a great resource to provide support during these times, here.
